Relaxed & Documentary Wedding Photography in Suffolk

This Minns Everything - The moments that matter to you, whatever your wedding day looks like.

There is no right way to do a wedding. Whether you're planning a huge celebration with everyone you know, a relaxed day in a field, something completely non-traditional, or an intimate elopement somewhere far away, I'm all for doing things your own way.

Because that is exactly what we did.

When I got married, we eloped to Iceland. No fuss, just the two of us doing something that felt completely right for us. So if you're not interested in doing things simply because it's what everyone else does, you'll be in good company.

Your wedding should feel like you. It can be traditional, unconventional, quiet, loud, colourful, chaotic, or anything else you want it to be. You don't need to follow a rulebook, and you definitely don't need to spend the day posing for photographs.

From the excitement of getting ready to the celebrations on the dance floor, I'll be there to capture the moments that tell the real story of your day. The big emotions, the little in-between moments, the people who mean the most to you, and all those things you might not even notice are happening. Those are the moments that become priceless.

In the lead-up to your wedding, I'll take the time to get to know you both and find out what matters most to you. We'll chat through your plans and I can help work out a timeline that gives you plenty of time to actually enjoy your day.

When the day arrives, you can relax and get on with enjoying it. I'll be there quietly capturing things as they happen, without taking over or constantly telling you what to do. Of course, I'll step in when needed, whether that's helping to keep things running smoothly, gathering everyone if you are having group photos, or giving you a little gentle direction when we sneak away for some photos of just the two of you.

But mostly, I want you to forget about the camera and be present. Laugh with your friends, hug your favourite people, cry if you want to, dance like no-one is watching, and do whatever makes your day feel like yours. Making memories, not posing for them. Years from now, when you look at your photographs I want them to take you straight back to how it all felt.

Based in Suffolk, I photograph weddings throughout the UK and further afield. So whether you're getting married close to home, somewhere on the other side of the country, or planning your own adventure somewhere further away, I'd love to hear all about it.

If you're looking for a photographer who will let you do things your way and capture it all as it happens, I'd love to hear from you.
